Sam Berensztein

Biography

Hi, my name is Sam! I’m from Bloomington and am currently a junior, double majoring in Film, Television, Digital Production and Spanish. My media focus is in screenwriting and single camera production.

I lived in the Media LLC my freshman year, where I was part of the floor council and helped to organize events like a floor ice skating night and fundraised for our trip to New York.

I’ve done some freelance videography work and I interned at the Eskenazi Museum of Art, where I worked in the marketing department, conducted research for exhibitions, and assisted in the photography of artwork. I’ve also worked on student films in all sorts of rolls, from personal assistant to director. My favorite roll on a movie set is gaffer (lighting).

Outside of professional experience, I’m a big IU basketball and football fan, and I love to play music with my friends.
