Biography
Welcome to The Media School! My name is Charlie and I am a junior studying Journalism and Political Science. I am an Ernie Pyle Scholar and involved as an anchor and reporter with IUSTV News and a student reporter for the Arnolt Center for Investigative Journalism.
Outside of The Media School, I am involved with IU Dance Marathon on the Logistics Committee, where I serve as the Fundraising Chair and help lead our efforts to support Riley Hospital for Children. I love playing tennis and pickleball, cheering on IU sports, spending time with friends and family, and traveling- I’ve visited 14 countries and counting!
I’m passionate about political reporting, and my dream job is to become a Chief White House Correspondent, covering and traveling with the President. I am looking forward to gaining even more experience through The Media School and my upcoming study abroad semester in Florence, Italy.
