Everyone has a connection to their electronics, but not everyone has a romantic one.
Love Surge! is a comedy dating simulation game that allows players to express their romantic feelings towards their appliances — thermostat, coffee machine, and cell phone. The game merges visual novel text with card game mechanics to rack up point combos and simulate deeper conversations, leaving the players with a crucial decision to take — who will they choose?
Volt Heart produced this game during a three-semester game design workshop through MSCH-G 450, 460, and 470 classes. The team members:
