ICR Resource Request

Reserving ICR Space

For a meeting

If you would like to reserve ICR space for a collaboration or meeting, please use Outlook Calendars to schedule a new event. You will need to “invite” the requested space to the event. (Make sure to search for the room in the “people” line, not the “location” line!) Your request will be approved by the Research & Creative Activity Coordinator (megconno@iu.edu).

It is advisable to first check the ICR space’s availability before requesting to reserve a room. You can do this by opening the shared calendar for the room on Outlook. It is also a good idea to wait for your request to be approved before adding more individuals to the event invitation.

Note: Most meetings are best suited for the Conference Room (FF017), but if it is unavailable or a smaller meeting, the Focus Group room (FF012A) is a good back-up option.

For a research study

If you would like to reserve ICR space for a research study, please use Outlook Calendars to schedule a new event. You will need to “invite” the requested space to the event. (Make sure to search for the room in the “people” line, not the “location” line!)  Please supply your approved IRB study number and any pertinent details in the message text box. Additional information may be requested by the Research & Creative Activity Coordinator (megconno@iu.edu) before your request is approved.

Note: If you plan to use the Media School Subject Pool for your study, you will also need to fill out the request form here.
